Scavenger Hunts and Finishing 'Till We Have Faces'

Hey Guys, again! I feel like it's worthless to even post now, because it's just a tease. I leave again Friday morning for Michigan. Colorado was beautiful. It was a pretty amazing week. I learned that I heart x 3 rock climbing. I'm trying to find a way to get to Tampa and go sometime soon. It is so much fun. We saw some awesome views, at one point we were 10,000 something feet up. We did an alpine slide and I bought probably $10 worth of chocolate. The weather was gorgeous and, Carl, we saw the air force academy M0 thinks you were at a while back. Congrats, KD, on your liscene obtaining. Let me know when you want to do a green car hang out. Hehe. Love you all! ~bj

Something Exciting Finally Happened

So there was this really huge snake in the yard found by my 10 year old cousin. It was just a rat snake, but we were worried it might be some exotic poisonous one...what with all the pythons and iguanas all over the state. Anyways...it did not bite anyone, but it did musk dad. Well, I was hoping that Mo' or bj would come on here and have something new going on since they....last time I checked, were coming home today. Well, since that has thus far not occurred, I decided to come on and at least change it up a bit, even though nothing exciting has happened. Jim is leaving tomorrow to go stay on a house out in the Gulf with several friends, but that is the only thing happening at my house, and that's not very exciting. Hope y'all have more going on. So, I got my license today. The test at the DMV is a bit harder than Goff's since you get practice with him, but I guess the skills are more practical for the DMV one. Anyone taking it there should remember to turn on your turn signal when you park and look over the manual at the part on parking uphill with a curb. So, now I can legally drive and whatnot, but driving is not a right so I gotta be good :-) Well, ma and pa aren't quite ready to turn me completely loose yet, but the time is comming....

The same old thing...

So I was mainly just tired of seeing "Mr. Bojangles danced" on the blog, so I decided I would post a happy surprise birthday party day to KD. Hope you enjoyed it... cause all that manipulation did a number on me. Well, jk, it didn't really. It was fun. So enjoy your driving day and my best wishes that you do NOT have to take your road test over again....thanks Coach Goff. Love ya

Mr. Bojangles danced...

Hey guys!! I'm so very proud of you that there was stuff going on here while we were gone. Congrats on your AP scores and good job ironing your schedules out. Another happy birthday to you, KD, just because I can. For the down low on our trip, everything went really well. The hotel we stayed at the first night has sleep number beds- my sleep number is 25. After that we stayed at St. Paul's Methodist in Chambersburg, PA, most of us on air matresses. I stole two couch cushions from the other room and used those for padding. We held 4 family rallies and our associate pastor busted his head open on a window while playing red rover. This is the same guy that cut his thumb off a couple months ago with a crossbow. We ran one of their three services on Sunday and then left around one. We got home at like six yesterday morning. And we leave again on Saturday for Castle Rock, Colorado. Maybe Mo' can post some pictures for you. Way too bad we can't get together sooner, but I'm definitely looking forward to celebrating birthday/license early August. ~bj

Happy Comming Back Home, Mo and bj!!!!! We have missed you dearly, my good friends. I eagerly look forward to hearing from you soon.

On a different note, I got my digital camera last night, it is oh so very pretty in pink (hot pink that is). It's slightly shorter and fatter than a deck of cards. Here is some mumbo-jumbo that Mo' will apreciate, but I don't know which others of you are digital camera literate: It has 7mp, 3x optical zoom, 4x digital zoom, and a 2.5" screen. It is a point and click camera for the most part which is good for simplistic people like me. I am really happy with it so far.

What an amazing letter Z is!--Thebra hehe. Okay that was admittedly too random. I am halfway through a powerpoint for my personal fitness class. Boring much? Really I am just procrastinating, but I would rather put some new slop up here instead of looking at the same stuff. When do 'Mo and bj get back? We need to do something.
