I never thought my kids would have to grow up in a world without michael jackson...

I am home now. Slightly sunburned, but mostly just tanner. I have wicked swollen sinuses, this is unpleasant. I am glad that people noticed I was gone, it makes me feel loved. I was SO disconnected from the world, pretty much the most disconnected I have been since I got a laptop. I was apparently late to the finding out that mj died. I am very sad over this. Although it is nice to hear him on the radio more often. It is weird because I had just changed my record wall a few days before and put Thriller up. OK, well, I shall be talking to you all soon I presume. Love you,

i saw 'my sister's keeper' tonight with abby. it was good. the girl behind me was complaining that it was not at all like the book. too bad i read the book in middle school and don't really remember it.

So summer is boring but life is relatively good for me right now. I'm finally starting to get used to my workouts. My diet is going well. The worst binge I had was on garlic and herb flavored veggie crisps and vitamin water yesterday.I've figured out the best medicine for sore muscles is laps in the pool. You swimmers should teach me some fancy stuff.I have a good loving relationship but luckily I'm not IN love so the break will not be as painful. I got an AMAZING dorm assignment and I will definitely bring you back some demos when I get in the studio. That's not to say that everything is perfect however. I am still incredibly lazy and so its hard to get back in the gym to do cardio after my training. Its hard for me to get into guitar right now. I never see my friends and I barely see my boyfriend. Cornell is making all the freshmen read Grapes of Wrath. YUCK! At least they are sending it to us so we don't have to buy that garbage.

....with summer boredness. it's raining, again. i have to work in 47 minutes. i deleted my myspace account. i'm freezing. i like the kooks. i ordered rise against tickets last night. i'm excited for that and my orientation the next day, yes slightly bad planning on my part... i'm not drinking any more, it's a decision this time not just a lingering thought. i think i need to floss my teeth more often. anyone have any good books i should read? i need to establish a better reading list. kelsey, we never finished watching the last scrubs, lol, poor kyle... chrismo, please let me know when you and heidi are hitting the east coast. i think i will only work 19 more days, counting today. gonna go read texts from last night now.
