What do you want?...everything...everything?... EVERYTHING!

Title courtesy of Brittany's crazy musings. I decree that we have a Mario Kart tournament at my house tomorrow after church and before love thy neighbor. After a disfunctionalpalooza Thanksgiving and some crazy stuff that happened last night at the Bluegrass festival (of all places) I could really use some time with some not totally psycho people (it only seems that way when we get on the N64). I wish we could have hung out today. I should really get my Physics done and read for APUSH tomorrow but really who does that? Come now I need some emotional support on the procrastination band-wagon. You know you want to goof off with me.

Ohio has the flavor of a water chesnut

Okay, I honestly think FLVS does a really good job. Or else I just have the best teachers online. Anyway, this video (if you haven't seen it) is well worth your three minutes. It came straight off the announcement page of my art history class.

p.s.- K.D., if TN wins today against Kentucky, we go to the SEC championship with LSU. Who won't be there? Florida. What now? :)

Happy Birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy Birthday Ms. 16 years old! I hope your day is filled with ice cream and dancing monkeys, cause you totally deserve dancing ice cream on your birthday. On a more serious note I would like to add, Mo' you are an awesome amiga and even though you think turning 16 now when most of us are older is not so fun, just think when we're all old like Mr. Beard Guy, you can say "I really am 39 and not 40!" Have a cramazing day as a teenager (poses with sports gear and gang signs).

Oh buddy, the freaks come out at night...

Or in the middle of a Thursday in November... I don't know about ya'll, but my Thanksgiving feast is looking like it's going to be dysfunction-palooza. I don't know how I got born into this freakshow. Hopefully it will at least be entertaining. We're going to my aunt's in a few minutes and I just thought I'd take this time to dedicate a Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow bloggers... And I will do that by...

Turduckens!! Have no fear, it's not ours. I just wanted to prove to you guys that there is such a thing. The largest recorded nested bird roast is 17 birds, the
bustergophechiduckneaealcockidgeoverwingailusharkolanbler - a bustard stuffed with a turkey, a goose, a pheasant, a chicken, a duck, a guinea fowl, a teal, a woodcock, a partridge, a plover, a lapwing, a quail, a thrush, a lark, an Ortolan Bunting and a Garden Warbler. Somehow it just does not sound appealing to me.

Au Revoir

Alright, on my last day here I will make just one wish of all of you: Please tell me what the English/Spanish/Chemistry/Anything else relevant to me homeworks were. Thanks. ~bj

So if this isn't the absolute epitome of punny, I'm not sure what is...

More FLVS Wisdom

“Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn't die; so, let us all be thankful.” -Buddha

Keyword: Unpredictable

It almost starts with a "p". If you had said predictable, I may have come up with unpredictable. Predictable (or unpredictable) is an adjective, right? Anyway, the song is "Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)". I'd heard it a lot, but today the announcer said it was by Green Day and I was stunned in disbelief. Did you know Green Day sang that song? It's on the album Nimrod released in 1997... I didn't even know the band had been around that long. ~bj

APUSH

"In the despair that followed the Panic of 1831, many people accepted the teachings of William Miller, who preached that the world would end on October 22, 1843. It didn't." -the Enduring Vision
