Well, since CARL hasn't answered, guess I'll give my answers today...
1) brain

3) milk- 1%
4) never drive- I'd use public transportation (which is what I hope to do anyway)
5) escargot- I've had frog legs and I'm up for a new experience
6) more, I guess, but closer in age to me

8) no face, less blemishes to deal with
